All accepted papers of 8^th SCBTII will be published in e-proceedings with valid ISBN number.  Selected paper will be published in journal :

In case of Scopus journal Publication, the additional payment of Scopus will be taken and will be told at the time of acceptance. In this case, the publication in e-Journal will be after the conference (it might take 4-9 months for publication depending on ease of editor of the journal).

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
