Indrawati, Ph.D. has been a lecturer in Telkom University since 1990. The courses he provides include Marketing Management in the Digital Age, Media Business Marketing, e-Commerce, Marketing Research, and Research Methodology. He completed his undergraduate education in English Language Education at the Indonesian University of Education (UPI), completed his education in the Masters in Management at Padjadjaran University (UNPAD), and completed a doctoral program at the Faculty of Management Multimedia University (MMU) in Malaysia. He is very interested in conducting research in the field of adoption of information and telecommunications technology-based services and products and fields related to smart city. He has published more than 250 articles in newspapers, magazines, tabloids, books, proceedings and journals, both nationally and internationally. Several articles have received awards, such as the first winner’s article writing competition on the Implementation of Distance Education held by the Open University in 1999; the first winner of the Telecommunication and Information Technology writing competition held by Indosat, Kompas, Gatra, Republika, and LIPI in 2001; Winner 1 Public Category in Public Participation in Clean Water Supply Materializing in Jakarta held by Thames PAM Jaya Jakarta in 2000; the first winner of the writing competition held by AJB Bumiputera 1912 in 2002; eight best speakers in the 4th International Conference in E-Commerce with Focus on Developing Countries (ECDC), Kuala Lumpur Malaysia 3-4 November 2009; and the best paper in the Smart Collaborations for Business in Technology and Information Industries (SCBTII) Conference 2016 and the International Seminar and Conference on Learning Organization (ISCLO) 2016, as well as being the best presenter at the 2018 International Conference in Business and Information Management in Barcelona, ​​Spain.
